Work is underway aimed at ensuring traffic safety.
On August 21 of this year, a control inspection was carried out at the branches of the Karshi Locomotive Depot and the Karshi Signaling and Communication Distance under the leadership of the head of the "Karshi Regional Railway Hub" branch, M.Kh. Mirzaev. During this inspection, comprehensive studies were conducted on the service discipline and level of professional responsibility of employees working in the branches, the working conditions created for staff, and the handling of technical and regulatory documentation. Additionally, special attention was paid to the sanitary condition of administrative buildings, auxiliary facilities, offices, and warehouses, compliance with fire safety requirements, labor protection rules, and the cleanliness of the territories.
During the inspection process, the work being carried out on digitalization, which is one of the important priority directions today, was also reviewed. Studies were conducted on the implemented projects, their implementation stages, and effectiveness. Regarding a number of deficiencies identified by the head of the "Karshi Regional Railway Hub" branch, responsible persons were given clear instructions for their immediate elimination, as well as tasks for further improvement of existing processes, increasing labor productivity, and strict compliance with service quality and safety requirements.
