- Repairs and major repairs that guarantee the complete uninterrupted
movement of trains;

- Provision of paid services to the population;
- Participation in the improvement of the economic situation and
environmental works of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Engage in other activities not prohibited by law;
- Creation of working and rest conditions for employees, ensuring
compliance with labor protection standards and industrial sanitation in the
workplace;
- Public consumption, agricultural production, transportation of the
population and legal entities, and the provision of other paid services;
- Taking measures to improve the efficiency and profitability of
production, economical use of fuels and lubricants, electricity, and other
materials;
- Development of auxiliary economic activity;
- Production and introduction into practice of new equipment and
technologies.
