Ensuring traffic safety is the most imperative issue
On September 7, 2022, in order to ensure the execution of the assignments given by the chairman of the board of JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" - H.N. Khasilov and to ensure traffic safety, a contol tour was organized at the stations of Kitob and Tankhoz by the management of UE "Karshi Regional Railway Junction". During the tour, the work being carried out in preparation for the autumn-winter season, conditions of railways, railway switches, electrical networks, traffic lights and formalizing technical documents at the stations were inspected one by one.
Also, the condition of the Kitab water distribution facility and the driver's rest house at the Kitab railway station was checked out and appropriate instructions were given by the head of the junction to eliminate the deficiencies identified at the stations.
